Mariotti
MX Series
Mycros is one of Mariotti’s historic ranges that leads the way in everything, namely technology, comfort, equipment supplied and optional extras.
AC Technology
The AC traction motor technology results in the need for less maintenance and produces an excellent economy of service in terms of energy, efficiency, and battery life. The MX range is fitted with 48V batteries. The system consists of a multifunctional LCD display and 2 inverters for operating the asynchronous motors. The different component parts communicate by means of a CAN-bus protocol which guarantees the system’s simplicity and reliability. In addition to the constant control over all of the functions of the truck, the system allows a smooth and progressive control of the power of the motors, a dynamic acceleration without jerks and electric braking with energy recovery. This produces a significant increase in the truck’s performance and, above all, in the driving sensation experienced by the operator. A comprehensive package of benefits leads to increased productivity.
Steering System, Power Steering and Side-Shift
A really compact and reliable rack and pinion steering system guarantee driving accuracy and low energy absorption, extending the truck’s autonomy. Already in use on many larger forklift trucks, Mariotti introduced this technical innovation on units with capacities of less than 1600 kg. All of their trucks are equipped with power steering and integrated side-shift as standard, which guarantees driving comfort and the utmost maneuverability and agility in tight spaces.
Adjustable Wheelbase
A distinguishing feature of all the models manufactured by Mariotti is their adjustable wheelbase. This function which improves the driving performance of the forklift is connected to the mast tilt position. While approaching the load, you set it shorter by tilting the mast forward for better maneuverability. Once you carried the load, you set it longer by tilting the mast backward for better stability and traction.
Curve Speed Control (CSC)
Fitted as standard on all MX trucks, the CSC system automatically reduces the unit’s speed, depending on the bend that the operator has to negotiate. This reduces the risk of losing stability and oscillating the load.
Multifunction LCD Display
This LCD display provides clear and accurate information about battery charge levels, driving direction, driving speed and the position of the steering wheel. As it is directly linked to the inverters via CAN-bus, it can also provide more information like the immediate description of the fault. An integrated console allows the technical department to conduct a full system diagnosis, check for failures and adjust the truck’s settings. Users also have the possibility of setting three programs for managing the unit’s maximum speed: High, Normal and Economy.
Ergonomics, Comfort And Safety
These are three concepts that are closely linked and extremely important when it comes to a modern truck. They are also the reason that the MX range is a market leader. It offers to the operator a great deal of space which guarantees high standards of comfort and ergonomics. MX comes with an adjustable steering wheel, a very comfortable suspension seat with 3 adjustable positions and an armrest that is also adjustable, all fitted as standard. All the controls are within easy reach, from the robust directional switch to the levers for the hydraulic distributor. The cabin is rounded off with a handy storage tray. The entire range has two drive modes: rabbit and turtle. Turtle does not just include a reduction of speed, but also a reduction of acceleration and braking with energy recovery. This mode enables to drive in tight spaces and to great lifting heights.

These are three concepts that are closely linked and extremely important when it comes to a modern truck. They are also the reason that the Mycros range is a market leader. Despite being the most compact truck in its category, it offers to the operator a great deal of space which guarantees high standards of comfort and ergonomics. Mycros is fitted with rear safety LED lights, as standard, which are clearly visible while maneuvering.
