The impact you will have:
- Support with scheduling with Engineer’s workload
- Support in monitoring warranty and third party activity
- Carry out accurate job closure to generate correct invoices and minimise customer disputes/ credits and adjustments
- Support with non-technical estimate generation
- Effectively problem solve and take ownership of the end to end functions ensuring that the customer experience is maximised; proactively keeping customers informed at all times
- Develop new short-term hire business

- Strong planning and organisational skills within a busy environment

- Previous experience within a busy service/office environment
- Excellent IT skills
- Team player and good attention to detail
