Service & Hire Controller – Amersham

Forkway are one of the UK’s leading materials handling solutions providers with around 100 employees across three Handling Centres and a number of strategic service centres.

The impact you will have:

  • Support with scheduling with Engineer’s workload
  • Support in monitoring warranty and third party activity
  • Carry out accurate job closure to generate correct invoices and minimise customer disputes/ credits and adjustments
  • Support with non-technical estimate generation
  • Effectively problem solve and take ownership of the end to end functions ensuring that the customer experience is maximised; proactively keeping customers informed at all times
  • Develop new short-term hire business

  • Previous experience within a busy service/office environment
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Team player and good attention to detail
